1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Catme. By using our website and application (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please do not create an account or use the Platform. We may modify these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country if higher) to create an account. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Accounts that impersonate others, infringe rights, or use abusive usernames are prohibited. We may reject or reclaim any username that is offensive or violates these terms.
3. Anonymous Messages and Content
The Platform enables sending and receiving messages without revealing the sender's identity. This feature exists for honest, safe expression and must not be used to send abusive, threatening, extorting, unlawful, racist, hateful, violent, harassing, or privacy-violating content. Sent messages are stored to be displayed on the recipient's profile until deleted.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You are solely responsible for the content you send, publish, or reply with, and you confirm you have the right to share it. By submitting content, you grant Catme a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to display and store it within the Platform. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or any applicable law is prohibited. We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to takedown requests under applicable law (including DMCA and equivalents).
5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features (such as badges, visual themes, and subscriptions) may be paid. By purchasing a premium subscription you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change subscription pricing in the future without affecting current periods until renewal. Cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of the paid period.
6. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or block access immediately and without prior notice, in whole or in part, if you violate these terms, harm the Platform or its users, circumvent limits, or engage in unlawful activity. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings; upon deletion your personal data and associated messages are removed within a reasonable period.
7. Privacy and Security
We process your data per our published Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your account and data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree not to attempt to breach the Platform or access other users' data.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform supports sign-in via Discord and Google. When using these services their own terms and policies also apply, and we are not responsible for their practices. The Platform may contain third-party links for which we are not liable.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including content sent by other users. Our total liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Governing Law and Contact
