1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Discord or Google, we collect basic account data (ID, name, optional email, avatar). When you set up your profile we collect what you enter: display name, bio, profile link, and visual settings. We do not request payment information and do not store your card details directly.
2. Messages and Content
Messages sent through the Platform are stored to be displayed on the recipient's profile. In anonymous mode we do not link the sender's identity to an account and do not store personal identifiers about them. You can delete your messages, replies, and published content at any time from your inbox or profile settings.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and session data to remember your language preference, keep you signed in, and protect your account. These cookies are secure (HttpOnly) and not readable by JavaScript. You can disable them in your browser, though some features may be affected or require re-authentication.
4. Third-Party Sign-In
When using Discord or Google, each provider's own privacy policy also applies. We only share what is necessary for authentication and never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
5. How We Use Data
We use your data to operate the Platform, tailor features to your account, improve the experience, and protect it from abuse and spam, and to comply with law. We may use aggregated, de-identified data for analytics that does not personally identify you.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your personal data publicly and we do not sell it. We may disclose it only when legally required, to protect our rights and users, to enforce this policy, or to limited service providers who help us operate under confidentiality obligations.
7. Retention and Account Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. On account deletion, your personal data and associated messages are removed within a reasonable period, subject to legal exceptions that may require limited retention. We retain security logs for protection purposes.
8. Security
We apply reasonable security measures (encryption in transit, secure cookies, rate limiting) to protect your account. No method is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
9. Minors
The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors below the legal age; if we learn of such an account we delete it. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children's use.
